If you purchase goods online with us and wish to return them you have 30 days from when you purchase them to do so to get a full refund.
All items returned must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If this isn’t the case we can’t guarantee your return will be accepted.
Socks cannot be returned.
Proof of purchase must be must be provided for a return to be accepted.
There is free delivery on items over 350 euro.
The customer must pay for the return of the item. In order to return your purchase by An Post please follow the steps below (you will need a printer). Please note this service is only available in the Republic of Ireland.
Step 1: Go to https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Postage-Label
Step 2: Click on “A Parcel” then continue as a guest or login. Select the weight of the parcel. Usually shoes would be approximately “up to 2kg” and press continue.
Step 3: Enter all the recipients’ information that is requested and press continue.
Step 4: Review and confirm your postage label information.
Step 5: Check out and pay for the label.
Step 6: Please attach the label to the package and bring it to your local post office.
